High-energy vocals, coupled with their exuberance for ministry & community service, The Tennessee Mass Choir is an innovative group of singers that utilize inspirational messages, versatile repertoires, and a rich variety of musical art forms that seeks to spread the gospel worldwide. Their vast array of talents has allowed them to be recognized for their success in creating music that resonates with people of all ages--thus making them one of the finest, most respected mass choirs in the entire country.
The Tennessee Mass Choir was formed in 1990 by founder & visionary, Mrs. Fannie Cole Clark in Memphis, Tennessee. An accomplished musician, recording artist, educator, and community activist. Mrs. Clark tirelessly devoted her life to praising God through music and enthusiastically embraced humanity with her time, talents, and resources.
Now under the leadership of the late Mrs. Clark’s youngest son, award winning, Grammy nominated music producer Jason Clark, The Tennessee Mass Choir has shared the stage with notable Gospel artists such as Jekalyn Carr, Al Green, Fred Hammond, John P. Kee, Tim Rogers & The Fellas, Le’Andria Johnson, & countless others.
Recently, The Tennessee Mass Choir has had phenomenal opportunities to record and perform with artists such as soul band St. Paul & The Broken Bones, legendary Rock band Foreigner, Australian Pop artist Vanessa Amorosi, Dave Stewart (Eurythmics), Country music star Martina McBride. Therefore, allowing them to take their exuberance for ministry beyond the boundaries of Gospel music.
